add date-free slugs for posts as netlify _redirects

Trying to automatically add redirects from (gallery/sketchnotes/2022-10-30_slug) to the short url (/gallery/slug)

Attempt 1:

• run an R script inside the listing page: https://blog.djnavarro.net/posts/2022-04-20_porting-to-quarto/#netlify-redirects
• but this only works when deploying from the output directory (_site/)

Attempt 2: run a post-render script?

• append short urls to existing _redirects file
