Fix link to 'experimentalInteractiveRunEvents' (#5598)

The [currently linked page](https://docs.cypress.io/guides/references/configuration#Experiments), does not list any information on the `experimentalInteractiveRunEvents` config value. This flag is explained [here](https://docs.cypress.io/guides/references/experiments#Configuration).
