Cytomine BioFormats

Cytomine BioFormats is a wrapper encapsulating BioFormats in a small server-like application.

Overview

The goal of this server is to carry image operations (basically image conversion and metadata extraction) using BioFormats Java library.

It is mainly used to read and convert OME-TIFF.

Install

It is automatically installed with the Cytomine-bootstrap procedure using Docker. See Cytomine installation documentation for more details.
