a network as a cx2 file. These values will be treated as nulls cx2. Version number is bumped up to 2.8.2-SNAPSHOT. Also upgraded Jackson binding version to 2.14.3.

Adding type to cx2 mapping definition, and remove the 'selector' attribute from it.
Also fix a NPE bug when importing cx2 networks that has no edge attributes.
