About the running requirement

Hi, thanks for your kindly sharing of this OCR codes.

When I'm gonna run this code, some problems occured. I think it is mainly due to the version of package I used.

I am now using

Python 3.6.9 |Anaconda, Inc.|
[GCC 7.3.0] on linux
>>> tf.__version__
'1.7.0'

Can you share me the environment requirement you used when you finished this code?

The readme mentions version '0.12.1' so it may be a bit out of date

I am using python 2.7 and tensorflow 1.0.1. I couldn't use their pre-trained model. However, I can train a new one with the dataset they provided.
