Config scaffolding not behaving as expected for graph assets

Hi, in upgrading from 1.3.x to 1.5.x, we’ve noticed that the dagster UI no longer populates the default config for graph assets when the “Scaffold all default config” button is clicked in the Launchpad for a job. 1.3.14 is the last version of dagster-webserver that works. I’m having trouble tracking down the change thats causing this, as there isn’t anything obvious in the migration guide (https://github.com/dagster-io/dagster/blob/master/MIGRATION.md#migrating-to-140). Has anyone else experienced this or have some pointers to where I should start digging?
