A few ideas.

I would first like to say that, I love this component. Nice work. I do have a few enhancement ideas that would take this component over the top for me.

First, something like a Work Month view that only shows the days of the work week. Just make the first column be the first day of the work week and the last column be the last day of the work week.

Second, something like Work Day view that when using the forward and backward buttons only work days are cycled.

I saw someone else mention about hiding timeslots or show only certain time slots. I like that idea and would use it. However, it might also be useful to grey and possibly disable those times instead of hiding them. This could be useful for holidays and such.

On the month view, being able to grey out, or even disable certain days such as weekends, holidays, etc.

Lastly, a resource day view that would have resources listed vertically with the times of the day horizontal with event items spanning across their scheduled time.
