Added some stuff so that species.from.file works again - there was no step where it was converting df to spatVector, so it was dying every time.
Basically just had to add an isTRUE to the logical test
I think we must have broken this in the terra move but it's fixed now

Working with the package over the past few days brought up a few things that weren't working correctly under some circumstances, almost all broken during migration to the new spatial packages. Biggest changes were to check.species, enmtools.species, raster.overlap, and interactive.plot.enmtools.species.
