Please link to the daprbot documentation inside the contributing.md file, so that users know what Github commands they can run in this repo. Based on the dapr-bot.yml they can run the /assign to self assign issues and a few other commands in this repo.

Thanks @sicoyle. I will take a look at them too. I am trying to wet me feet first with a simple task and then consider a coding task.

@cicoyle, as a follow up we also need to update the daprbot reference to tell users if a command can be run by this SDK or not (and the few extra ones that are not a part of runtime/contrib).
