Recommend implementing more than twos state for a flag

In the current implementation a feature is either on or full. But a full implementation of feature flags would allow for more than two states.

A flag could at least two state or 20 if a team truly needs it;. The states could be of different types as well. They would be Strings, bool, a Date, and a single state could even be of two types like a start Date/Time and and Date/Time.

Still this is a great start.
