Is it possible to add a UTC-12 time for anywhere on earth? There is no city with this timezone, but it's important for things like deadlines. requester https://github.com/zzenonn

Anywhere on Earth is a timezone: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anywhere_on_Earth

I suppose basically just add UTC-12 with the city name "Anywhere on Earth".
