We need to explore the feasibility of this idea (e.g. users can pick the desired DUO terms and a template of usage agreement will then be generated)

@kristiholmes shared some great examples: "OA wizard for publications rights - generates a copyright addendum: SPARC, WashU1, WashU2, Big10".
