Clicking on a list from the Favorites modal makes the modal disappear

Describe the bug
After creating a new list the new list appears in the modal, but if you click on it the modal closes and it appears that the list was erased. If you go to Favorites in the user profile the list IS still there, but the user experience would look like they lost the list that they just created.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Resource Catalog page
2. Favorite an item
3. Click green + button to add new favorites list
4. Add list information and click Create List button
5. List appears in modal
6. If user clicks the list the modal closes rather than going to that list

Click on list, go to list

Expected behavior for what you are describing is add item to that list and close modal. The only way to view a favorite list is to go to your profile.
