• Bug Fixes

  • There was a major breakage to the new search version 2. I can't find where it was
    introduced but it pretty much broke the whole thing. That's fixed now.

• New Feature: OPML export in search results

  • You can now add the "opml:" keyword to any search string. That will add a little
    opml icon to the search result window which you can click on to send those results
    to the editor as an opml file which you can save, edit, etc. just like any other
    opml document.
  • An example search might look like this "clinton trump 2016 opml: max:200"
  • That would return a max of 200 results (default is 100) and give you an opml export
  • This technique should work on all sections that have search enabled (river, articles,
    opml, editor, subscriptions)

v0.6.14 - Onward! To Mastodonia...

This release has support for posting toots to a Mastodon instance. There is a new section underneath the Twitter section on the prefs page for getting an app key to make this happen. Once you have registered the key, a new mastodon icon will show up on the microblog posting sections of the site. You can toggle it on to cross-post, just like you do with Twitter.

Also, there is a new dark mode theme feature in the prefs page for those that want it.

v0.6.13 - Tuning in...

This release has bug fixes, improvements and a new feature: the radio page. The aggregator saves enclosures and scrapes incoming feed items for audio urls and saves them to a playlist for you. You can then listen to all the audio from your river as a playlist.

I also started on a "dark mode" theme that will be a feature in the next release. For now it's a global toggle in the cartulary.conf file if you want to see it.
