I'm not sure if this has been discussed or not. But as you may all know, running venv within powershell needs a different command. Thus the latest version of the wrapper does not activate the venv in the PowerShell environment. Also, it requires admin privileges to access the virtualenvs with "lsvirtualenv".

These scripts should work on any version of Windows (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7/8/10).
However, they only work in the regular command prompt. They will not work in Powershell. There are other virtualenvwrapper projects out there for Powershell.
