Bug fixes and New Items

Changes:

[x] Waterloggable Blocks are no longer Waterlogged by default.
[x] Changes to the System do allow a different Item Type in the List of Items then the Block that is getting placed.
[x] Fixed Update System to stop Main Thread blockage.
