New FAWE API, Custom Age Items!

FAWE recently updated their API and made my plugin incompatible. This is fixed with this update.

I also added the age property for custom plants with custom ages and redone how content is being processed within flowers.

Old flowerpots cannot be converted to this version! Placed flowers will stay.

Before creating a Bug Report make sure you are running the latest FAWE!

Bug fixes and New Items

Changes:

[x] Waterloggable Blocks are no longer Waterlogged by default.
[x] Changes to the System do allow a different Item Type in the List of Items then the Block that is getting placed.
