Fix

• display of uncommon sample rates
• 8-bit samples were badly imported
• the last edit was sometimes not saved if the focus remained in a field
• sometimes a crash occurred during a drag & drop in the tree
• the release was wrong when using loop + end mode
• the progress bar sometimes remained when loading a small soundfont
• a double-click in the tree didn't expand or collapse the elements
• a same file could be loaded twice on windows
• sometimes the loop cell couldn't be edited with the mouse
• wrong modulators were sometimes displayed after a selection in the tree
