• Designed a fundamental data flow from SS-MIX2 standardized storage to its derived RDF storage considering security, privacy, and access control.

HL7 v2.5 RDF model

• Designed a fundamental structure of RDF model for HL7 v2.5 message stored in SS-MIX2-derived RDF storage.
• Data access was designed to be controlled by separating RDFs into several graphs depending on access level.
• Terms are totally controlled by referring codes. These terms should be mapped to those in appropriate ontology.

Fundamental framework for research utilizing EHR data and genomic data

• Designed a fundamental framework for research utilizing EHR data and genomic data; federated search for SS-MIX2-derived RDF storage, clinical knowledge RDF storage, and genomic RDF storage is suitable for access control.
• Made a use case linking HL7 v2.5 RDF data (in SS-MIX2-derived RDF storage) and genomic RDF data.
