Refactoring content structure

Refactorize content folder structure in a domain folder way. That is each folder with a domain name contains all files needed instead of separate into logical structure:

• content/monitoring/prometheus-subscription.yaml

instead of:

• content/operator/prometheus-subscription.yaml
