[Feature] Remove iceberg table behavior flag

Describe the feature

The January Snowflake bundle is tentatively scheduled for enablement on 1/21.

This update includes the change for the is_iceberg column in the SHOW TABLES command, controlled by the parameter SHOW_IS_ICEBERG_COLUMN_IN_SHOW_OBJECTS.

With this update, we can remove the need to use the behavior flag and iceberg tables will be the default user behavior (without the extra metadata performance impact). Before removing this, we should test to ensure that this works and there's no surprise impacts.

CALL OUT: We cannot pick up this work until February for when it's the default behavior, but I wanted to create this to track.
