Configurable settings for php

I found out about MiaB a couple of weeks ago, and started testing with the vanilla version.
I ran into an issue where my machine was not freeing RAM and was eventually crashing.

The "solution, was to edit www.conf and put some custom values there, but the vanilla MiaB is expected to overwrite changes on upgrade.
I could test myself, but I wonder if your fork would retain my custom changes on that file or will overwrite them too.
Would you consider implementing something on the frontend so we can alter values for the www.conf file on the GUI, or at least retain the manual changes?
