Additional link format (DokuWiki)

Hi there,
I use Zim as a desktop wiki. The markdown is similiar to DokuWiki syntax. Anyhow, the format for a link is like so:
[[http://www.google.com|This Link points to google]]

If you have a lot of links on a page, editing is really a pain.

An additional option is probably easily done. But I wonder if placeholders wouldn't be a nice thing to have. I also use the extension "Copy All Urls" (the one with the umbrella). There you can define the output with $url and $title.
