There is Hub history and sample implementation history that remains in the spec, we need to move each out of this spec repo into their own repos.

Discussed on the 24th june WG call, this is still an issue, primarily a couple of large commits need to be scrubbed from the history

tplooker assigned dmitrizagidulin and unassigned msporny
