Decor Privacy Policy

Purpose of GDPR policy

Decor is a plugin for various Discord client mods that adds custom avatar decorations to Discord. The purpose of this privacy policy is to clearly explain what data is collected and how it is used. This policy is intended to be compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.

Decor uses Cloudflare. As such, your data is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

How we collect data

Your Discord user ID, display name (if applicable), username, discriminator (if applicable), avatar and client mod used are collected when you log into Decor.

Your Discord user display name (if not applicable, username), and avatar are collected when you create a avatar decoration.

Decorations you create are collected when you create them.

How we use data

Your Discord user ID is used to save your permissions, selected avatar decoration, and to link avatar decorations created by you to you.

Your Discord user display name (or username), avatar and ID are used to identify you in the review system.

How we disclose data

Your data is not shared with third parties. Anyone can see your selected avatar decoration, permissions, and if a avatar decoration was created by you.

How we store data

Your data is stored in the United States of America on a private server, and retained until it is either no longer necessary for Decor's functionality, or until you request it to be deleted via a documented channel.

Your data protection rights

Decor would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access – You have the right to request Decor for copies of your personal data.

  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Decor correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Decor to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

  • The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Decor erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Decor restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Decor's processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Decor transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

Changes of privacy policy

Decor has the right to update this policy at any time. If this policy is updated, you will be notified via the Discord Server's announcement channel.
