v4.0 Release Checklist

v4.0 has seen an initial beta (deployed on https://beta.dcrdata.org), and many bugs have been resolved.

To reach a release candidate, we need to address the issues listed on the v4.0 milestone page

The following testing needs to be performed:

• Automatic upgrade from v3.1 (dcrpg tables versioned at 3.5.5)
• Fresh sync of v4.0

Please report timings with rough machine specs!

The following frontend checks need to be performed:

• Check each page for incorrect data.
• Watch each page as new transactions enter mempool (where relevant)
• Watch each page as new blocks are mined (where relevant)
• Check all dropdowns, buttons, charts, etc. for quirks.
