  1. integration: Initial version of tests. 

    This adds integration tests that assert the correct behavior of
restoring a wallet under various scenarios.

In particular, both SPV and RPC syncers and both legacy and SLIP0044
wallets are tested under scenarios that were known to cause missed
transactions.
