Edo is an active citizen. He only access to FE.

Tasks:

• Territories index page (all) with MY (as contributor) territories "marked as mine"
• Territory page (show) with all datas (RegX)

Open questions:

• Who can view datas?
• How we can show datas?
• What is the difference between qualitative and quantitative datas? As Lea i want to create RegX to collect territorial datas #12
