Describe or annotate group level route parameters

It would be great if there was an annotation/attribute available to describe route params on group level (see below).
Currently they are included in the docs, and the only way to further annotate them is to do it for each method (which in below case means all methods). Perhaps a reference would be enough?

In this case I would like to describe the {locale} parameter.
