+
+## 小组简介
+
+将deepin社区的桌面环境 Deepin Environment Desktop（简称：DDE）移植到Fedora操作系统上，让更多发行版的用户能体验到DDE，并负责后期跟进上游版本，不定期向上游提供补丁及新功能，参与deepin社区共建，维护稳定版本等工作。
+
+
+## 活动范围与目标
+
+目标：为Fedora操作系统适配和维护DDE，确保Fedora发行版上DDE的质量，并吸引贡献者一同参与其中。具体工作有同步上游项目补丁、重要漏洞修复、新功能开发、BUG修复等。重要版本更新时，评估该版本对项目的影响和性能影响等，参与上游社区的建设工作，协助解答其他爱好者在相关领域遇到的问题、贡献补丁，修复上游BUG等。

+## 如何加入
+
+### 加入标准：
+
+1. 对窗口管理器有一定的了解
+2. 熟悉Fedora操作系统，以及RPM 打包规则
+3. 了解C、C++和QT
+
+加入方法：
+
+1. 在Telegram 或 matrix 或者 Slack中预先沟通。
+2. 在[sig-Fedora](https://github.com/deepin-community/sig-Fedora/issues)提交issues,正式提交申请。
+
+## 小组章程
+
+* 本着开源为快乐的原则，我们欢迎所有对此目标感兴趣的爱好者加入。
+* 不要求产出速度，不强调贡献排行，参与者尽力而为即可。
+* 对于向deepin贡献代码/软件包等章程请遵循deepin社区官方文档。
+
+ps: 章程目前还不完善，有兴趣的同步可以加入讨论。
