matrix header format:

name|assembly|chr:start-end

e.g. bin1|hg19|chr1:40000-80000

Matrix must be symmetrical. Matrix must be binned into fixed-size, intervals (overlapping is OK).

Each header must be unique.

The script will try to infer the binsize/binstep from the headers.
