Por que ele inicia no push e no PR? Não precisa. Isso vai fazer seu pipeline rodar de forma desnecessária.

Esse teste só precisa ser executado no PR, pois caso mantenha como está, após o merge do PR o pipeline vai rodar de novo, sem necessidade alguma.
