[FEATURE] Stream Component Types

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As of now it's only possible to receive existing component types from a component-instance by using the deconstruct component.

Describe the solution you'd like
A new GH component to stream component-types as well. When this component is dropped onto the canvas it should load all existing component-types in the rhino document and automatically populate the output parameters (analogue to the other compoent streams)
