This version:
- Includes the latest rebuild of HPCPorts after summer 2016 upgrades.
- Removes support for datatran and scigate. Sorry folks, it's just too much bother to deal with these systems.
- This will be the last tag of HPCPorts plus DESI modules. Future releases will use a customized DESI conda environment.
