It looks like pixsim is generating a random CCD amp offset (bias) and noise value per exposure, rather than treating it as a real CCD which has stable properties. Check that and fix if needed. We still want different amps to have different properties, but they should be mostly stable from one exposure to another.
This comes up on the context of quicklook, which should catch if the bias levels are jumping around, which they apparently are.
