Stable version for zDC1

This release incorporates last updates of quickbrick (adding _SOURCEWAVE and _SOURCEFLUX to the truth file) and ELG templates seed issues fixes. It is used to re-generate the training and validation samples of zDC1.

Yeowch. It has been too long since we tagged desisim. quickgen has been added. newexp-desi and pixsim-desi have been refactored. 0.5 is a tag prior to yet another refactor to streamline template input.
