Support triggering swap when either above or below value

By default, plugin checks if value used for triggering swap is above or equal to threshold. It never checks if it's below however, handy for potential triggers such as paying moneybags, losing lives, health, etc.
Add future option to detect when threshold value is negative and trigger when it goes below.
