First official release of devon4j. As this was migrated from oasp4j that was already in version 3.0.0 and also devonfw had releases up to 2.x before the plan is to have 3.0.0 as the first release of devon4j as we want to have all devonfw release artifacts carry the same version number. So do not search for any releases below that version number.
