Bulk analysis followup

• Ran analysis on all TOIs, documented here: https://github.com/dfm/tess-atlas/issues/166
• Some TOI fits look strange, documented here: https://github.com/dfm/tess-atlas/issues/167

Action items

• Missing lk data (https://github.com/dfm/tess-atlas/issues/157): check cadence, restrict to SPOC data
• Play around with lk.remove_outliers to prevent sigma clipping of transit data
• Subtract GP from flux when plotting phase-plot
• Use quality-bitmask to filter data
