Add optional countdown

There should be something (optional, as it increases the potential for distraction from the therapy eye-movements itself) that provides a display showing how much of the session remains. It could be a separate window, possibly a bar graph showing time remaining, or a countdown clock, or even a repetitions remaining counter.
