Using Occultercut software, a Rmarkdown document is provided to outline the usage of Occultercut software. Also, an excel sheet is provided with necessary formulas to calculate dinucleotide frequenices and the percentage of dinucleotide frequencies using 6 genomes from Dothideomycetes.
