Disabling Disable Developer Mode Extensions on Linux

The wiki, at the moment, mentions it's not aware of a way to prevent the annoying Disable Developer Mode Extensions popup for Linux machines, but this bit of documentation might be of use: https://www.chromium.org/administrators/linux-quick-start/
