CoinPact Terms of Use

Welcome to CoinPact!

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CoinPact services, including the website, API, and any related services (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By using CoinPact, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use CoinPact.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CoinPact, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. CoinPact reserves the right to update and change these Terms without notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

  1. Use of the Service

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use CoinPact.

2.2 Account Registration: To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

  1. CoinPact Plans

3.1 Freemium Service: CoinPact offers a freemium service with limited features. Upgrading to a premium plan provides additional benefits, including but not limited to, the ability to create multiple products, unlimited API calls, access to all cryptocurrencies, and priority support.

3.2 Billing: Premium plans are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are non-refundable. If you choose to upgrade your plan, you authorize CoinPact to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method.

  1. Payment Gateway

4.1 Direct Transfer: CoinPact operates as a crypto payment gateway without a hot wallet. Funds are transferred directly from the customer to the merchant without any intermediary holding the funds. As a result, there is a 0% commission from the service side.

  1. User Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to, violating any applicable laws, infringing on the rights of others, or using the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  1. Support and Maintenance

6.1 Support: Premium plan users enjoy priority support. CoinPact will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond to support requests promptly.

  1. Termination

7.1 Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the CoinPact website.

7.2 Termination by CoinPact: CoinPact reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoinPact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
