Updated the default Trac queries. #211

This adds the description search to be available by default, like a permanent search bar. Default columns are now explicit. This removes 'Status' and 'Version' from the default view.

The PR looks great, the test failures are unrelated (seems like either trac's website, or github, or both are having a sad).

I'll see if I can get the CI to go green again in a few hours and I'll merge this then 👍🏻

Seems like the CI error are not a fluke and that Trac has now changed how plugins can be installed. The zipfile doesn't work (403 error) but the svn+https does (🧓🏻 ).

Unfortunately the build step is also broken, which means I can't just merge and deploy this, I have to fix the requirement first. Your improved ☕ experience will have to wait an extra day or so, sorry @carltongibson 😁
