System

Minimalist launcher on startup. Ask the user to choose between simple and advanced UI with the option to always launch on startup. Run Tonesmith as simple UI. Run Launcher as advanced UI.

Window Manager

Either Sway or Weston. I like weston, but cannot have overlapping windows without a keyboard or mouse. So sway, maybe, but instead of tiling each app maximized with visible title bars(?)
