The ability to enable a monochromatic clock with background color context

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow users to enhance the tab experience. By default, the new tab looks plain and over-minimalist. A simple clock that changes between white and black colored font, depending on the color of the background to make it more readable

I see a commit here "feat: adding clock", but did not see any screenshots yet so I'll keep this feature request open aa5092f

Thank you for suggestion this improvement. This is a very good idea as sometime the clock is not visible enough.

We also plan to make the clock more customizable from the upcoming Settings panel (time format, 12H/24H, etc). You can visit the Discussion tab to join the conversation.
