This release contains changes to docker-compose.yaml.

Breaking Change: Now uses Dolt instead of PostgreSQL

Includes script, migrate-postgres-dolt.sh, for migrating data from PostgreSQL server of DoltLab v0.8.4 to Dolt server of DoltLab v1.0.0. See upgrade guide here.
