Miner outputs that a connection was dropped and then immediately crashes.

This only happens on Nvidia cards when running in OpenCL. We think this is fixed by v0.2.0, and will definitely be fixed when we release cuda version.

I'm afraid it is not yet solved in v0.2.0-rc.0....
