Announcing version `1.0.0` (and soon to be patched 😉 )

I wanted to put up some big announcement and have a story ready, but alas the time was ripe just to get this out, so here it is!

Well here we are at 1.0.0, after 0.207.0 versions we finally just ticked it over to the coveted 1.0!
This doesn't mean we won't be changing things, it is just we probably won't change much outward facing features and methods, at least for a while. In the meantime, enjoy and LMK any constructive feedback, thanks!
