Code for behavioral and transcriptional analysis associated with "Prolonged partner separation erodes nucleus accumbens transcriptional signatures of pair bonding in male prairie voles" published at eLife [doi:10.7554/eLife.80517]. All code was produced by the first author Julie M. Sadino in R for use in R and RStudio. Versions of all packages are in Supplemental File 1 of the online publication. This repository is organized in to three folders: primary data, functions, and R markdown notebooks. Be advised that the notebooks deposited here are a streamlined combination of multiple original notebooks. As such, variable names may not always align the author has fixed mistakes in naming or continutity errors where they found them.
